You'll build your actual 2027 plan in the room — not a vague vision board, a plan with numbers and next steps.

Then we'll get out of our heads and into our bodies with Level 99's real-world, interactive social gaming with over 50 physical and mental challenges set in stunning artistic environments. It’s the perfect way to connect in a whole new way, fuel your creativity, and leave inspired. (Lunch included.)

Finally, we wrapped the day last year with a LIVE podcast taping — and we're doing it again!

Len Cabral is an internationally acclaimed, award-winning storyteller, and author who has been engaging and entertaining audiences with his storytelling performances for more than four decades. Len is a popular storyteller at theaters, schools and festivals throughout the United States and has performed at festivals in Ireland, Belgium, England, Wales and Austria, as well as Amsterdam, Bali and Singapore. He is the recipient of the National Storytelling Network 2001 Circle of Excellence Oracle Award, and most recently recipient of the 2023 NABS Brother Blue Circle of Elders Award. This award, named in honor of Dr. Hugh “Brother Blue” Morgan, is given to NABS members as a recognition of their contributions to Black storytelling.

Throughout my acting career, I've chased goals big and small — stage roles, TV gigs, audiobook opportunities. Some I landed. Some just weren't meant for me. What I learned along the way is that success isn't just about talent — it's about dreaming big, setting clear goals, taking aligned action, and working in partnership with the opportunities that show up.

When I founded The Global Actor™ in 2016, my mission was simple: help creatives stop waiting for "someday" and finally go after the dreams tugging at them.

Since then, I've coached over 1,100 actors through The Great Audiobook Adventure™, and thousands more through the Dream Big, Plan Smart framework we'll be using together — actors, writers, artists, producers, and narrators. My clients have collectively been nominated for and won over 100 industry awards, including Audies, Earphones, SOVAS, and OneVoice.

Last year, I watched that framework come alive in person for the first time, with nine people brave enough to be our first. This year, I get to do it again — with room for thirty.
