PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY:

I agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of The Global Actor and its parent company, TreeCave Creative LLC. I have opted to register for a Global Actor Event and hereby authorize TreeCave Creative LLC to charge my card accordingly.

I understand that if I selected the payment plan, the first payment will be charged immediately. I agree to the payment schedule I have selected, listed on the order form and my receipt.

I understand that in accordance with AB1319, I may cancel this contract and obtain a full refund, without any penalty or obligation, if notice of cancellation is given, in writing to info@workwithelise.com, within 10 business days from the date of purchase. After such date, all sales are final.

I understand I am responsible for the full payment plan, regardless of my participation or use of any materials.

I understand that participation in a Global Actor Workshop does not guarantee work, an increase in income or representation. I accept, agree and understand that I am fully responsible for my progress and results from my participation and that TreeCave Creative LLC and its representatives offer no guarantees verbally or in writing regarding my career growth of any kind.

CODE OF CONDUCT:

We are committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, safe and inclusive experience for all participants, regardless of age, race, size, shape, visible or invisible disability, gender, ethnicity, identity or sexual orientation.

At all times during the event, participants agree to:

  • Treat everyone with dignity, courtesy, and fairness
  • Maintain professional, inclusive, and constructive interactions
  • Practice active, empathetic listening
  • Honor others' privacy and maintain discretion regarding any sensitive information shared

I understand that by registering for this event, I assent to and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.


To maintain a safe environment, any form of verbal, physical, or visual harassment will not be tolerated. Unwanted advances, pressure or attention/flirtatious behavior will be taken seriously as any other form of harassment. Participants asked to stop any behavior by either organizers or other participants are expected to comply immediately.


If a participant engages in behavior that violates this code of conduct, organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including a verbal warning, removal from the event without refund, or, where applicable, involvement of venue security or local law enforcement.

RELEASE:

I understand that TreeCave Creative LLC may record any and all coaching sessions. TreeCave Creative LLC has the irrevocable, perpetual, and unrestricted right and permission to take, use, re-use, publish, and republish images of me or in which I may be included within these recordings (including photographic, motion picture, and electronic or video images), the sound of my voice (including sound and video recordings), in whole or in part, or composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or alteration from time to time, in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, individually or in connection with other material, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including the internet, and for any lawful purposes whatsoever.
